لمسة من الجامعة: كيف تولى الطرابلسي تدريب المنتخب التونسي؟

 

كشف الطرابلسي عن كواليس توليه قيادة الفريق، مشيراً إلى أنه لم يسعَ للمنصب بشكل شخصي. وأوضح في تصريحاته: “لم أكن صاحب المبادرة في مسألة تدريب المنتخب التونسي، بل جاء اختياري وترشيحي من قبل مسؤولي الجامعة، وقد قبلت المسؤولية بكل فخر ودون أي شروط مسبقة”. هذا التصريح يعزز من فكرة أن اختياره جاء بناءً على قناعة من الهيكل المشرف بالقدرات التي يمتلكها.

تحدي النتائج والتطور: الرهان على اللاعبين “غير الأساسيين”

 

شدد الطرابلسي على أن معيار البقاء والاستمرارية يرتكز بالدرجة الأولى على النتائج الإيجابية والاجتهاد المتواصل. لكنه أشار إلى تحدٍ كبير يواجه الجهاز الفني يتمثل في وضعية اللاعبين المحترفين دوليًا:

“إنّ بقائي على رأس المنتخب يبقى رهين العمل والاجتهاد والنتائج المحققة إلى جانب التطور الكبير الذي سجلته أغلب العناصر. فحوالي 90 بالمائة من اللاعبين البارزين في المنتخب ليسوا أساسيين في أنديتهم باستثناء علي العابدي ويان فاليري.”

ولفت المدرب إلى أن لاعبين بارزين مثل حنبعل المجبري، إلياس سعد، وإسماعيل الغربي لا يشاركون بانتظام مع فرقهم. وعلى الرغم من ذلك، أكد الطرابلسي أنه لمس “تحسناً واضحاً” في مستواهم الفني والبدني مع المنتخب مقارنة بالفترة التي سبقت عاماً ونصف، وهو ما يُعد إنجازاً للجهاز الفني.

 التعامل مع النقد: خط أحمر واحد للناخب الوطني

 

تطرق الطرابلسي إلى قضية الانتقادات التي غالباً ما تطال المدربين، مؤكداً أنه يتقبل النقد بصدر رحب ويعتبره “جزءاً أصيلاً من قانون اللعبة” ورافداً للعمل الإيجابي. وفي المقابل، وضع المدرب خطاً أحمراً واضحاً لا يمكن تجاوزه، مشدداً على أن “القدح في النزاهة أو المس من الأعراض يبقى أمراً مرفوضاً شكلاً ومضموناً“.

حلم المونديال: طموح اللاعب والمدرب

 

اختتم الطرابلسي تصريحاته بالإشارة إلى طموحه الشخصي كمحترف كرة قدم سابق وحالي كمدرب. وأوضح أن كل رياضي يطمح إلى المشاركة في كأس العالم كلاعب، وبعد التحول إلى التدريب يصبح الهدف هو خوض التجربة ذاتها كمدرب. واعتبر هذا الهدف دافعاً أساسياً له: “هذا ما أعمل من أجله، وأرجو أن أوفق فيه، تماماً كما فعل عدد من نجوم كرة القدم العالمية الذين شاركوا في المونديال كلاعبين ثم عادوا إليه كمدربين”.

منافس منتخب تونس مهدد بالاقصاء في تصفيات كأس العالم

يواجه منتخب غينيا الاستوائية خطر الإقصاء من تصفيات كأس العالم 2026، بسبب عدم دفعه مستحقات مدربين سابقين.

وفرض الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (الفيفا) غرامة مالية على منتخب غينيا الاستوائية بقيمة مليوني يورو، بسبب عدم دفع مستحقات مدربين سابقين.

وعجز منتخب غينيا الاستوائية عن سداد الغرامة في المواعيد القانونية، وهو ما جعل الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم يقترب من اتخاذ عقوبات صارمة ضد المنتخب، قد تصل إلى حد الإقصاء من التصفيات.

وأعلن رئيس اتحاد غينيا الاستوائية، توماس ندونغ ميشا، نيته تقديم الاستقالة إذا قام الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم بإقصاء منتخب بلاده.

وقد كلّف اتحاد غينيا الاستوائية مجموعة من المحامين لتقديم ملف استئناف لدى محكمة التحكيم الرياضي في لوزان (كاس)، في محاولة لربح الوقت والتخفيف من قيمة الغرامات، بهدف إنقاذ المنتخب من هذه الورطة.

ويذكر أن منتخب غينيا الاستوائية لم يسبق له التأهل إلى نهائيات كأس العالم لكرة القدم، ويأمل في تحقيق هذا الإنجاز للمرة الأولى في تاريخه.
