كشف الطرابلسي عن كواليس توليه قيادة الفريق، مشيراً إلى أنه لم يسعَ للمنصب بشكل شخصي. وأوضح في تصريحاته: “لم أكن صاحب المبادرة في مسألة تدريب المنتخب التونسي، بل جاء اختياري وترشيحي من قبل مسؤولي الجامعة، وقد قبلت المسؤولية بكل فخر ودون أي شروط مسبقة”. هذا التصريح يعزز من فكرة أن اختياره جاء بناءً على قناعة من الهيكل المشرف بالقدرات التي يمتلكها.

تحدي النتائج والتطور: الرهان على اللاعبين “غير الأساسيين”

 

شدد الطرابلسي على أن معيار البقاء والاستمرارية يرتكز بالدرجة الأولى على النتائج الإيجابية والاجتهاد المتواصل. لكنه أشار إلى تحدٍ كبير يواجه الجهاز الفني يتمثل في وضعية اللاعبين المحترفين دوليًا:

“إنّ بقائي على رأس المنتخب يبقى رهين العمل والاجتهاد والنتائج المحققة إلى جانب التطور الكبير الذي سجلته أغلب العناصر. فحوالي 90 بالمائة من اللاعبين البارزين في المنتخب ليسوا أساسيين في أنديتهم باستثناء علي العابدي ويان فاليري.”

ولفت المدرب إلى أن لاعبين بارزين مثل حنبعل المجبري، إلياس سعد، وإسماعيل الغربي لا يشاركون بانتظام مع فرقهم. وعلى الرغم من ذلك، أكد الطرابلسي أنه لمس “تحسناً واضحاً” في مستواهم الفني والبدني مع المنتخب مقارنة بالفترة التي سبقت عاماً ونصف، وهو ما يُعد إنجازاً للجهاز الفني.

 التعامل مع النقد: خط أحمر واحد للناخب الوطني

 

تطرق الطرابلسي إلى قضية الانتقادات التي غالباً ما تطال المدربين، مؤكداً أنه يتقبل النقد بصدر رحب ويعتبره “جزءاً أصيلاً من قانون اللعبة” ورافداً للعمل الإيجابي. وفي المقابل، وضع المدرب خطاً أحمراً واضحاً لا يمكن تجاوزه، مشدداً على أن “القدح في النزاهة أو المس من الأعراض يبقى أمراً مرفوضاً شكلاً ومضموناً“.

حلم المونديال: طموح اللاعب والمدرب

 

اختتم الطرابلسي تصريحاته بالإشارة إلى طموحه الشخصي كمحترف كرة قدم سابق وحالي كمدرب. وأوضح أن كل رياضي يطمح إلى المشاركة في كأس العالم كلاعب، وبعد التحول إلى التدريب يصبح الهدف هو خوض التجربة ذاتها كمدرب. واعتبر هذا الهدف دافعاً أساسياً له: “هذا ما أعمل من أجله، وأرجو أن أوفق فيه، تماماً كما فعل عدد من نجوم كرة القدم العالمية الذين شاركوا في المونديال كلاعبين ثم عادوا إليه كمدربين”.

الجريء يلمّح إلى امكانية إعفاء منذر الكبير

نشر رئيس الجامعة التونسية لكرة القدم وديع الجريء تدوينة على صفحته الرسمية على الفيسبوك هنأ فيها المنتخب بالتاهل لنهائيات كأس الأمم الإفريقية الكاميرون 2022 وتحقيق رقم قياسي بالتأهل 15 مرة متتالية، ولم يخف الجريء عدم رضاه عن الاداء المقدم داعيا الجميع الى مزيد العمل من أجل الجمع بين الاداء والنتيجة وهو ما يعد رسالة واضحة للمدرب الوطني منذر الكبير الذي قد يجد نفسه خارج دائرة المنتخب في الأيام القادمة. وفي ما يلي نص التدوينة:

“هنيئا لمنتخبنا الوطني بترشحه إلى نهائيات كأس إفريقيا 2021 قبل جولتين من نهاية السباق محققًا رقمًا قياسيًا إفريقيا وذلك بالتأهل 15 مرة متتالية.
التأهل مهم بلا شك، ولكن نعتقد أننا قادرون على ماهو أفضل وقدراتنا تسمح لنا بتحقيق نتائج و أداء أفضل يتماشى مع إمكانيات المنتخب الحقيقية .
الأرقام القياسية على أهميتها ليست هدفنا الاساسي ما لم تقترن بمردود جيد.
لهذا وجب مضاعفة العمل من أجل إعداد المنتخب للمرحلة القادمة وخاصة تصفيات كأس العالم 2022، بهدف الجمع بين النتائج الطيبة والأداء المقنع والممتع حتى نصل جميعًا إلى الأهداف الرياضية المرسومة .”
